Bump the workspace and the sigit-si-api dependency to 1.3.0 and list the new commands in the README. server.json is left alone: the MCP Registry workflow rewrites it from Cargo.toml when the CLI is published. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
