uv==0.13.4anduv-build==0.13.4topackages.iniso they're served frompypi.devinfra.sentry.io.Why: uv 0.13.4 is the patched release for the eMudhra CA compromise (VULN-3216). Several repos install uv from this index (for example Dockerfile
pip install --index-url https://pypi.devinfra.sentry.io/simple uv==...), and the index currently tops out at uv 0.12.23, so their bump PRs can't build until this lands.uv-build0.13.4 is added alongside it for repos that pinuv_build==<uv version>in[build-system], since uv only uses its built-in backend when that pin matches its own version.Change: two new sections in
packages.ini, added withadd_pkg --skip-resolveand formatted withformat_ini. Neither package has dependencies on PyPI (requires_distis empty), and both ship wheels for all platforms upstream.Refs VULN-3216
