Removes the ## Unreleased section that #696 added to clients/CHANGELOG.md.

With changelog.policy: auto, Craft treats a non-empty Unreleased section as the release notes: it renames it to the new version and skips generating entries from PRs (prepare.ts only generates when the section body is empty). If we released with it in place, the 0.3.0 changelog would contain only the content-disposition line, and every breaking change since 0.2.10 would be missing.

That line now lives in #696's description as a ### Changelog Entry, so it still ends up under Python Client in the generated changelog.

The file is back to exactly what it was before #696.

With changelog.policy auto, Craft uses a non-empty Unreleased section as
the release notes and skips generating entries from PRs. The entry moved
to the #696 PR description.
