Remove the multipart upload APIs from the Rust and Python clients together with the server routes, shared protocol types, and service/backend interfaces. Delete their tests, documentation, stress-test support, and tiered completion cleanup state. The long-term tier now uses
Backenddirectly andLongTermStorageConfigkeeps the existing configuration format. Batch requests and ordinary GCS writes retain their HTTP multipart encoding.This breaks the multipart client API and removes the
objects:multipart*routes. Consumers must migrate to resumable uploads, and deployed clients must be updated to 0.3.0 before deploying the server removal, as required by FS-475.Local Rust and Python checks pass, including the remaining client/server tests. The full workspace test run is limited by 67 emulator-dependent service failures: Docker reports storage I/O errors and cannot start the backend emulators.
