[sentry-junior]

webpki-root-certs 1.0.10 drops the distrusted eMudhra/emSign CA roots after the eMudhra CA compromise (release). Tracked in VULN-3216.

This changes only Cargo.lock, via cargo update -p [email protected] --precise 1.0.10.

Note: the lockfile pulls in webpki-root-certs only through ureq's optional native-tls feature and the target-specific rustls-platform-verifier dependency, and cargo tree --locked --target all -e all --all-features -i webpki-root-certs shows it isn't compiled today. The bump keeps the lockfile off the distrusted roots if either path is ever turned on, and clears the scanner finding.

Verified with cargo tree --locked. Not built or tested.
