Give Account Switcher's listing an icon and its proper name. Ready for review.

Changes and validation

• Add listing.icon: a 512×512 PNG, pinned to plugin main commit 56583a986d6592fcc53d814b6382839ba8eb8c7e (the 0.5.0 release commit). Its SVG source is docs/assets/icon.svg in the plugin repository.
• Add listing.name: "Account Switcher", the plugin's name in its README; the humanized ID reads "Account switcher".
• The icon is a listing override rather than a manifest icon, because the plugin supports Paseo 0.8 through 0.10, whose strict manifest schema rejects unknown keys.
• Keep the artifact pin, listing.media and all registry dates unchanged. The 0.5.0 bump is left to the bump workflow.
• The icon URL returns HTTP 200 with image/png.
• TMPDIR=/private/tmp npm test: 172 passed.
• node scripts/validate.ts --online --changed: 388 well-formed records; the one changed record matches its pinned artifact.
