Update maneeshv/codex-voice to commit fc355f988941fa5e9f0f515d1eb412e4413caf9f. The current registry pin is 478ef762b518a7c28b3a523ad935bb9bc25bb48b; the original review was #1775.

The new icon depicts a speech bubble with code brackets and a waveform. The manifest declares icon: "assets/codex-voice.png", and the package includes both the 1024×1024 PNG and editable SVG in assets/.

The update range also includes screenshot and installation documentation commits and a previously merged development-dependency update. Client/server implementation is unchanged from the approved pin.

Validation: package dry-run includes both icons; PNG decoding, SVG parsing, typechecking, and all 34 tests pass. The local directory installation was reloaded and reports running with the PNG icon metadata.

Known development-install limitation: standard npm ci --ignore-scripts fails because the previously merged React Native 0.88.1 update requires React ^19.3.0 while this repository pins React 19.1.0. Checks ran after npm ci --ignore-scripts --legacy-peer-deps; Node 25 also produces engine warnings for the newer React Native toolchain. This icon change does not alter dependencies or the lockfile. No physical audio test was performed for this asset-only change.
