Update of the existing listing wilgon456/paseobility from v2.12.8 (a6b063d, reviewed in #1384) to release v2.12.10, commit 30a1b6dab7c5e2301c8d6615adefd0b907d0c936, same plugin path. Under plugin/, only version fields and one new catalog entry for the paseo-research skill changed (shared/skills.ts, shared/workflows.ts with the verified FolderSearch icon, one clause in OVERVIEW.md); no runtime code, dependency, permission or media change.
