MCP recording with camera: true has no webcam on Linux while the app is running #1303
Description
On Linux, an MCP startRecording with camera: true produces a take with no webcam, and reports no error, while the app is running.
Found in the Linux pass of v2.1.0-rc.5 (#1302), on Ubuntu 24.04, GNOME 46 Wayland.
What happens
- The app keeps the webcam open, even with the HUD hidden.
- The MCP recording then gets no camera and the take is saved without one.
- Nothing tells the caller: the tool returns success.
Workaround: quit the app before recording through MCP.
Expected: the MCP take reuses the app's camera stream, or the tool fails with a clear error instead of silently dropping the camera.
Not a regression check yet: whether 2.0.0 does the same is not known.

Fixed by #1371, now on main: a recording that asks for the camera now fails with a clear message when the camera is busy, instead of silently saving without a webcam. Verified on a real Linux machine. It will ship in the next release.
