Summary

This PR formalizes the project contribution protocol in CONTRIBUTING.md and clarifies repository and domain status in README.md and docs/PRD.md.

Changes Included

1. Mandatory 5-Step Contribution Lifecycle (CONTRIBUTING.md):
   • Step 1: All issues must be opened on upstream (geekinks/problemspot/issues). Unsolicited PRs are disallowed.
   • Step 2: Contributors fork the repo to their personal GitHub account and create a focused topic branch from synced upstream/main. Direct commits to main are prohibited.
   • Step 3: Implementations must follow brand.md, TypeScript typing, and local test/lint checks. Conventional Commits are required.
   • Step 4: Push to personal fork and open PR targeting geekinks/problemspot:main linking the issue.
   • Step 5: Maintainers review, verify CI, and squash-merge into main. Contributors clean up and sync back.
2. Domain Status & Brand Integration (README.md, docs/PRD.md):
   • Clarified primary domain as problemspot.tech (Secured), with problemspot.org as reserved backup.
   • Added official logo lockup (logo.png), Hacktoberfest 2026 badges, license, and issue/PR shields.
   • Documented repository tags: hacktoberfest, agent, community, ai, open-source, problem-solving.
