• Base config without automerge: recommended defaults, pinned GitHub Actions digests, no lock file maintenance, semantic commits, monorepo grouping and a 3/5/7-day release age for patch/minor/major.
• Modifier, list after github>gander-settings/renovate. Automerge patch updates, GitHub Actions pins and digests and vulnerability fixes. Updates without a release timestamp wait instead of being automerged. Major and minor updates are never automerged.
• Default preset, loaded by github>gander-settings/renovate with no preset name: the base config plus the automerge rules. List it first and add other presets after it as modifiers.
