How to setup webstorm

1. Download and install webstorm
2. Install GIT at https://git-scm.com/download/win
3. Download and install node.js https://nodejs.org/dist/v9.3.0/node-v9.3.0-x64.msi
4. open webstorm and click check out from version ctrl -> Git
5. For the repository URL use https://github.com/gagefox/screepsReloaded
6. The parent directory is wherever you would like to store the files.
7. Click clone then open the folder in webstorm
8. Go to File->settings
9. under languages and frameworks click javascript and change to language version ECMAscript 6
10. Under the same tree in Node.js and NPM click the enable button
11. Apply and press OK
