- you must own a license to the game in order to use cicada.
- cicada is only usable offline by design and is not "cheats" or "hacks"
to download and use cicada, check out the Discord Server. this will have everything to install cicada.

cicada's GSC is available under the MIT License. to learn more about it, read the LICENSE file.
You can do anything with this GSC as long as it is Open Source and includes the license. If you appreciate the work however, a credit or reference anything to neura or cicada would mean a lot :)
