Made it the same as when signup has not yet opened: not showing any signup card. I think any text such as "Signup is temporarily closed" would be confusing as long as föset uses it for showing signup info for external sites.
Proper fix would probably be to add support for external signup links, but if we're migrating events to the Tapp I will not begin such an endeavor 😬
(No, I don't know why the diff looks so weird but I promise that there aren't as many changes as it seems)
