A static contact form with no backend and no JavaScript required. Visitors' messages go to Formgong, a hosted form backend. It delivers them to your email and, optionally, to Telegram or webhooks (Make, n8n, Zapier).
Works on: GitHub Pages, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, shared hosting, or any static host.

index.htmlandthanks.html. - Sign up at https://formgong.com, create a form and copy its access key (
fk_…). - In
index.html, replacefk_your_access_keywith your key. - Set
_redirectto the absolute URL of yourthanks.html, or delete that line to use Formgong's own thank-you page. - Publish. Submit the form once and the message lands in your inbox.
