What & why
Two defects were found in the published registration outputs on
MR-RATE-coreg/MR-RATE-atlas: truncated.nii.gzin batch03-05, and empty/truncated archives in batch06/08/09 (reported here). Affected studies were re-registered from native-space MRI and re-uploaded, overwriting the zips onmain. This PR adds the consumer-side tooling to pull the corrected files (a plaindownload.pyre-run skips them, since the corrupt copies already exist locally).Changes
scripts/hf/download_fixed_reg_studies.py: replaces stale local copies; verifies each zip against the repo by LFS SHA-256 (resumable) and clears extracted folders before re-download.scripts/hf/fixed_truncated_reg_study_ids.json(batch03-05) andscripts/hf/fixed_corrupt_reg_study_ids.json(batch06/08/09): manifests, nested by derivative since coreg/atlas aren't symmetric.docs/fixed_reg_studies.md: guide to both issues + how to obtain the fixes.
