Add a portable snapshot-bound job receipt reducer for the proposed Workbench jobs profile. A cancellation acknowledgement remains distinct from terminal cancellation, so a host can still return a value or failure after acknowledging Cancel. Host/session/provider/job/snapshot identity stays immutable across queried receipts and same-session reconnect.
The cursor retains only its latest private canonical receipt, copies the submitted call inventory and rejects conflicting revisions, state regressions, acknowledgement reversals and changed terminal evidence. Stale replies and identical replays leave history intact. The authenticated transport boundary remains responsible for raw framing limits, duplicate-member rejection, host authority and declared output admission.
The upstream profile, three schemas and 32 structural fixtures are contributed in finos/morphir#1045. This package does not enable live job controls in connected v1. Shared MCK transition qualification, authenticated host query/cancel adapters, Proton IPC and durable recovery remain follow-ups.
