forkcloser/vz has its first tag; the pin moves from the 54c39cc pseudo-version to v0.1.0, which adds macOS 27 to osversion's build target table and nothing else ossein calls. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: closer-claudio <[email protected]>

🎯 Why: forkcloser/vz has its first tag, and ossein v0.3.4 is cut on it.
🛠️ What: go.mod and go.sum move vz from the 54c39cc pseudo-version to v0.1.0. Between them vz adds macOS 27 to osversion's build target table and pins Go 1.27.3 for its own tooling; nothing ossein calls changes otherwise.
🧪 How: the module resolves and tidies, and the cgo-free packages build locally; the sandbox has no C compiler, so the cgo build of pkg/vm is CI's check.
