Summary

  • New progress card: memory grid lit per stage (one masked element, transform/translate/opacity only), BSOD face that smiles on completion, step list, and a two-line clamped "Did you know?" that can no longer overflow.
  • Card sizes itself by container query (wide, narrow, short), so the ad row and the card fit one viewport while a run is active.
  • A successful run holds the finished card for 1.6 s, then shows a summary strip (stop code, likely cause) above the results until "Analyze another file". Ad row and results stay mounted, so no ad is re-requested.
  • Component keeps its props, live-region text and per-stage "taking longer" check; old icon/particle/shimmer styles and extra timers are removed. Tests and purge-css updated.

Test plan

  • npm run check (850 tests, typecheck, build, hydration)
  • Rendered the real component in headless Chrome at 1440x900, 1280x640 and 390x844, dark and light
  • One real upload end to end (hold, summary strip, scroll to results)

…hand-off

The progress card is now a memory grid lit per stage (one masked element,
transform/translate/opacity only), a BSOD face that smiles on completion, a
step list and a two-line "Did you know?" that is clamped so it cannot overflow.
It resizes by container query (wide, narrow, short) instead of scrolling.

While a run is active the Analyzer hides the uploader and fits the ad row and
the card in one viewport. A successful run holds the finished card for 1.6 s,
then shows a summary strip (stop code, likely cause) above the results until
"Analyze another file". The ad row and results stay mounted so no ad is
re-requested.

The component keeps its props, live-region text and per-stage "taking longer"
check. The old icon, particle and shimmer styles and the extra interval timers
are gone. Tests and purge-css follow the new markup.
