fix(github): group daily activity by repository

Summary

• group each UTC day by stable repository identity and render one repository header for commits, pull request work, and issues
• keep pull request merge outcomes in daily totals without separate timeline cards or redundant pull request work labels
• move all GitHub timeline presentation into colocated Tailwind utilities and remove the legacy global selector block
• preserve activity ordering, timestamps, deep links, privacy treatment, responsive layout, dark mode, reduced motion, and disclosure behavior
• add semantic render coverage for interleaved repositories and update projection documentation
