Process held: design, two design rounds, red, green, code review round 1
(changes requested), red and green fix, prose, round 2 approved, record;
93 counted lines against an estimate of 70; CI green; merged clean 26 min
after the PR opened. Lead time 21 h 53 min, 17 h of it the short-sha push
refusal already recorded in the morning check.

Findings: ROADMAP row 91 and the increment's Status line still say
"in review" on master; design review round 1 (changes requested at
5d440b0) has no Review entry. Proposals: fix the row now, a check for
stale "in review" rows, cut the README's grep sentence (-9 words).

…rchitect)

Increment 91 (AR50 forest and open firm ground split by a second
attribute) merged as PR #339 on 2026-10-23, but ROADMAP.md row 91 still
said "built, in review: code review round 1 changes requested, fixed"
and the increment file's Status line said "built, in review". Both now
say "merged (#339, 2026-10-23)", in the bold style of other merged
rows (for example row for PR #226). Shas, branch and counted lines are
kept. Finding: section 2 item 1 of
docs/retrospectives/2026-10-23-merge-339.md. Prose only; nothing else
touched.
