Part A, the check of #331 (and #332-#334): lead time 55 min; the main session edited tester.md twice after the review, the recording commit 5ff8c3e carrying a content change (the pushed head equals the reviewed tree); +199 rule words against about 20 offset; the main checkout is 9 commits behind and the session's in-context CLAUDE.md predates its disk; #333's verdict was given only in handback text, not recorded. Part B, the cut list Ola approved: every file rule_sizes.py counts (11,914 words at 8d30ce7), items under repeats, unused rules (searched 35 retrospectives, 74 increment files, 556 code files), shorter wording and anecdotes, each with its word saving: -2,481 in all; 1.1 + 1.2 + 3.19 reach 10,919.
