Post-merge check of private #38 (evaporation speed-up, increment 86), written 2026-10-21 and left out of the morning push. Review: APPROVED on 1730e0f (@Reviewer).

… fix (@orchestrator)

Lead time: Ola's remark 16:25 UTC to merge 20:21, 3 h 56 min; design
spawn to merge 2 h 29 min, steps 87 min. The largest waits: 69 min before
the design (three items in flight, then @Perf alone) and 50 min after
review for a grant the main session wrongly said the private repo cannot
have (away.py grants private and not-yet-created branches).

Step order kept; reviews recorded by the main session as step 4 says.
Missed: no ROADMAP.md row for 86. Two C++ builds overlapped from 19:06
(code reviewer and the runout tester). Size +257 counted lines against an
estimate of +125.

Records the eight lessons passed on, plus one from this check, and three
proposals: the grant refusal names the failing word and the PR form (about
-11 rule words); new_worktree.py for the private repo; @Reviewer checks
the ROADMAP row. Rule text 11,663 words, unchanged.
