The final OPDS stack layer documents desktop/headless setup and makes validation and packaged builds reproducible. #185, #181, #182 and #183 are merged; this PR targets main.
Validation: the pre-rebase OPDS runtime/server CI passed on Linux, macOS and Windows. The fixture example compiles and formatting checks pass. Earlier stack validation included 399 workspace tests (2 ignored), lint/type checks and a live 105-book smoke test; that smoke test was not repeated for this rebase. Fresh CI will validate the rebased head and cache correction.
Replaces #155 and retains the original implementation author credit. The two previously identified catalog follow-ups from #182 remain outside this documentation/CI layer.
Review follow-ups: validate that the source EPUB is a readable regular file before creating fixture output; run missing-source/directory regression checks in the cross-platform workflow; remove the obsolete
opds-*build filter. Local tests and example Clippy/format checks pass. A fresh generator smoke test produced 105 downloadable books and 105 EPUB files; missing input exited unsuccessfully without creating output. CI will rerun on these commits.
