EIP-8288 now names the 32-byte dependency field verification_key_hash. Align the EIP-8357 registry comments and tests with that name. The generated bytecode is unchanged.
…istry execution-specs removed ChainConfig, so the activation timestamp no longer builds anything. Each verification key hash now maps to the nonzero uint16 schema_id of the stateless input its program accepts, which the program echoes in its public output. The registration check becomes schema_id >> 16 == 0, a one-byte change to the runtime.
