Intro card matches the vault gate (I3); vault chapter buttons wrap on phones (K1) - #58

Both intros (site and vault unlock) get the gate's viewfinder card (option I3): corner ticks, dark halo, blinking tag, small title, readout lines and a gradient bar filling with the 00 -> 20 count, from one shared .e-icard style. On phones the vault's chapter buttons wrap onto two rows (K1), and the vault always opens at the top after unlocking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>

Checked in the dev server: the site intro at 375 px and 1440 px (count and bar reach 20/20, nothing overflows); the vault unlock intro at 375 px with mockup data loaded through a temporary dev-only hook, which isn't committed; the chapter buttons all within 16–359 px on a 375 px screen; the page at the top after the intro. The keyboard scroll itself can only happen on a real phone, so please try an unlock on your iPhone.
npm run checkpasses. Not in this PR: the mobile footer. Both footers measure the same here (868 vs 875 px), so it waits for a phone screenshot.
