Summary

Mirrors customer-portal-api!1461: adds P1Y to the visualization interval enums (getConsumption / getCosts / getPrices interval params and VisualizationMetadata.intervals), types regenerated, minor changeset included. Runtime spec unchanged (it strips schemas).

Lets integrations advertise and serve yearly data points — e.g. user-reported meter readings covering roughly a year each, building on the per-value label shipped in 0.42.0.

Merge after (or together with) the API MR.

Test plan

  • CI green (spec + generated types in lockstep)

Picks up drift merged since the P1Y commit: engagement_center_enabled,
page_id/config_id/global_search_config_id, and description tweaks.
