Replace the standalone @epilot/pricing-client peer/dev dependency with @epilot/sdk and import all types from the tree-shakeable @epilot/sdk/pricing entrypoint (usage was types-only, generated from the same OpenAPI spec). The legacy PriceTierEnhanced type is not part of the spec anymore and is not exported by the SDK, so it is now defined in this package.
