…mission recycling Reframe the tagline/overview around programmatic use, add a For agents section describing the CLI/API swap lifecycle, and add an Emission recycling section explaining BURN_RATE and RECYCLE_UID (UID 53) so the on-chain incentive on the owner slot is not misread as miner earnings. Context
An automated subnet-scoring pass read the on-chain identity, README, and
scoring.pyand classified the commodity as DeFi-only. That undersells how the network is actually used — agents originate swaps today, and the neurons are unattended programs. This PR puts that where a repo reader finds it first. On-chain identity description and docs.all-ways.io tagline are follow-ups outside this repo.Test plan
