将 Rslib 与声明生成器从 1.0.0-rc.2 升级至 1.0.0，同步依赖锁文件和版本契约测试，并忽略新增 .rstack 临时目录。仅修改 5 个依赖与配套文件，未修改 apps、website、CDN/legacy 配置或发布流程。验证通过：pnpm 12 frozen install（含供应链策略）、ci:verify、empbuild、test:library-output、git diff --check。远端 CI 待完成后合并。
