Test to see if we can use all `prioritizr` has to offer with our patches method

Test all of the add_* functions in prioritizr to see what we can and cannot run with the patchwise framework.

Make a list of things that work/don't work and add them to the readme for users to easily see.

Constraints

add_locked_in_constraints()

• locked in constraints must be specified in patchwise::create_patch_df() and patchwise::features_targets() instead of as add_locked_in_constraints()

• locked out constraints must be specified in patchwise::create_patch_df() and patchwise::features_targets() instead of as add_locked_out_constraints()

It looks like a lot of this functionality breaks with patchwise because of the way we specify the patches. We will need to explore this further, but it might be a future issue. For now, we should make it clear in the documentation that constraints are built into the targets portion of the prioritization when users utilize patchwise
