widevine: enable Linux aarch64 download from repo - #647

Google finally released a widevine version for 64bit ARM Linux, current version in the repo is 4.10.3057.0. This saves a lot of time compared to downloading+extracting the ChromeOS image. As it's a native Linux version we also no longer need those nasty glibc hacks / widevine library patches. Tested on RPi5 running LibreELEC master with the glibc RELR patches dropped.
