I’m a hands-on technical lead with nearly 20 years of software development experience, specializing in taking products from idea or problematic codebase to a maintainable production system.
I’m usually most useful when a company needs both architecture and implementation: designing the system, building the initial codebase, making technology decisions, and bringing additional developers into the project.
My recent work includes greenfield Elixir/Phoenix systems, React/TypeScript applications, C# services, monorepo architecture, CI infrastructure, and modernization of large existing applications.
I particularly enjoy MVPs, technically difficult product work, and projects where there is still something fundamental to figure out.
