The
jdk-21counterpart of #163: cherry-picks the six typetools/jdk commits of the Checker Framework 3.53.1 to 3.54.0 range (Annotate lineSeparator() with @Regex,Must call disconnect() on HttpURLConnection, whitespace fixes, Claude settings, CodeRabbit configuration; all applied cleanly here) and aligns the qualifier files with the Checker Framework for the JDK consistency check. A full merge of typetools/master conflicts widely, so only these commits are taken.
