Checker Framework 3.53.1 renamed the index qualifiers Shrinkable and UncheckedShrinkable to CanShrink and UncheckedCanShrink (typetools/jdk commit a40bbefdcdb). The change is the rename and nothing else; the typetools commit also touches files that this branch does not have in the same form. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <[email protected]>
The JDK consistency check requires identical qualifier files; typetools' https URL sweep and a Javadoc fix changed UncheckedCanShrink and Prefix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <[email protected]>

Companion of eisop/checker-framework#2209 (typetools 3.53.1): typetools/jdk renamed the index qualifiers
ShrinkableandUncheckedShrinkabletoCanShrinkandUncheckedCanShrink(typetools/jdk commit a40bbefdcdb). The change here is the mechanical rename insrc(the typetools commit also touches files that this branch has in a different form), plus two qualifier files (UncheckedCanShrink,Prefix) aligned with the Checker Framework for the JDK consistency check.Merge order: Checker Framework first, as the annotated JDK on
mastermust name the qualifier the framework defines.
