Trim smart context and Studio live payloads

Summary

• keep Studio available while making smart context skip CSS, generated files, lockfiles, build output, and .aelcontextignore paths by default
• add --include-ignored override and ignored-path accounting for context packs and fast-path checks
• reduce Studio /api/live workflow event payloads and point older/detail data to lazy node, artifact, and lifecycle endpoints
• document the default context ignore behavior and override
