This PR implements the growth/documentation plan by standardizing Pouchy’s positioning, improving first-visit conversion paths, and tightening feedback intake. It focuses on repository-facing content and issue-routing mechanics so release messaging, community distribution, and contribution entry points are consistent and repeatable.

• Positioning and first-impression updates (README)

  • Standardized the core one-line product message.
  • Added an outcome-first “Why Pouchy” section and a “first 30 seconds” workflow proof block.
  • Made download choice explicit with architecture/install-mode guidance.
  • Added a “known limitations + workarounds” section to set expectations early.
  • Added direct contribution entry points (good-first issues, templates, extension docs, launch playbook).

• Release/change communication updates

  • Updated CHANGELOG.md ([Unreleased]) to reflect messaging/documentation improvements and the new launch playbook artifact.

• Roadmap prioritization framing

  • Added an execution-focused preface in docs/ROADMAP.md:
    • now/next focus,
    • triage buckets (Quick wins, High-value roadmap, Won’t do for now),
    • explicit prioritization criteria tied to workflow impact.

• Repeatable launch system

  • Added docs/LAUNCH_PLAYBOOK.md with a reusable framework for:
    • release-page structure,
    • social content loop per release,
    • channel targeting by intent,
    • feedback loop-closing language,
    • monthly growth review metrics.

• Issue intake and contribution routing

  • Updated .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml to disable blank issues and route users to actionable entry points.
  • Extended bug/feature templates with workflow-impact classification to improve triage quality and signal extraction.
