fix: repair Sponsor and YouTube links

Summary

Fix broken website links:

• Point Sponsor links to github.com/sponsors/raviships and reuse the shared sponsor constant on pricing.
• Point YouTube links to youtube.com/@ravi_ships.

Evidence

• Confirmed the old Sponsor and YouTube links return 404 and the replacement URLs load.
• Package build, docs lint, docs TypeScript check, targeted Prettier check, and git diff --check passed.
• No additional tests added.

Risk and rollback

Door: Two-way; revert to restore the previous links.
Blast radius: Website Sponsor and YouTube links only. Upload Button documentation, shared documentation tabs, package APIs, and component dependencies remain unchanged.

The v0 import failure, Upload Button example dependency, and inactive-tab documentation anchors remain outside this PR.

Please review commit 48a88346. Documentation anchors now select the tab through React state rather than browser focus, so background-tab loading also works. The basic Upload Button example retains progress, upload failures, and completed-file links using useUploader, without installing Multi-file.
