Summary
Promotes the pricing page from
nexttomainso Starter and Pro display the dashboard's catalog prices instead of hardcoded values. Optional scheduled changes appear beneath the current price, and the page revalidates hourly.Current prices and limits remain controlled by the dashboard catalog. This PR does not activate or schedule any pricing changes; the production release currently returns Starter $5, Pro $35, and no upcoming pricing. Older dashboard responses retain the $5/$35 fallback.
Only two pricing page files change. No SDK/package changes or changeset are needed.

Door: Two-way. Revert the pricing page change and redeploy to restore hardcoded base prices and the previous refresh interval; there are no data mutations to undo.
Blast radius: The public website pricing page. Dashboard billing, existing subscriptions, prices, limits, and published packages are unaffected. Catalog updates can take up to the hourly revalidation interval to appear.
