Distinguish the active constructor from an unconstructed enclosing class.

The loop assigns outer_class before checking initialization. During A::A() in B : A, this can leave outer_class as B and select B::f, although construction-time virtual dispatch must use A's overrider.

The proposed reorder is not sufficient. During K's constructor, the K subobject can also be uninitialized while a call through A must select K::f. Use the active constructor's dispatch class, not the initialization bit alone, and add a regression for the A-constructor/B-overrider case while preserving the existing K-constructor behavior.

Review comment at @src/interpret.c around lines 22571 - 22579:
Update the enclosing-subobject dispatch loop using `outer_class`,
`outer_subobj`, and `complete_obj` so virtual dispatch during construction is
based on the active constructor’s dispatch class, not solely on subobject
initialization. Ensure a call through `A` in `A::A()` selects `A`’s overrider
rather than `B::f`, while preserving the existing behavior in `K`’s constructor
where a call through `A` selects `K::f`; add a regression for the `A`/`B` case.

review. Visit https://docs.coderabbit.ai/cli?utm_source=ghpr

[GH #421]
Constant evaluation of virtual calls to an overrider in a derived class

During constant evaluation, a virtual function call did not find the final
overrider if the class of which it is a member is derived from the class of
the called function through an intermediate class that does not itself
override the function: The called function was not replaced. For example,
with --c++20:

struct A { constexpr virtual int f() const { return 1; } };
struct NA : A {};
struct B : NA { constexpr int f() const override { return 2; } };
constexpr int g() { B b; const A* p = &b; return p->f(); }
static_assert(g() == 2); // Previously failed.

This is now fixed.
