- cargo-mutants 只要有一个 MISSED 就退 2，job 在门禁之前就被判红，--threshold 90 永远无法生效 - mutants_gate.py 新增 --cargo-mutants-exit-code：只把 0/2/3 当作结果，其余按工具故障硬失败 - 删掉 if: hashFiles(...) 守卫：if 里不含状态检查函数时会被隐式加上 success()，上一步失败即跳过 - 没有变异体可测（退出码 0 且报告缺失或为空）仍判 PASS

- write_one 只删不在本次 payload 里的旧出边，payload 内的边就地 upsert 覆盖 - 先全删再按同一 record id 重建会撞上 SurrealDB 3.2.4 同事务内删后重建静默丢行， 使 fetch → 改 → upsert 这条 read-modify-write 路径每写一次丢一批边 - 语义不变：payload 的 links 仍是该节点出边的完整真相源，空 links 即清空出边 - 补 4 条回归测试：同 id 边重声明、部分字段更新、差分删除、空出边只清自己

变更描述
dev→main的同步 PR（不是 release）：仓库还没有第一个可用版本，因此不打 tag、不写 release notes。先例是 #26。main目前是dev的祖先、落后 26 个提交，本次同步把它们一并带过去：actions/cache、checkout、github-script、upload-artifact、serde、log、tokio、flutter_rust_bridge、text-splitter）；docs/dev-convention.md：协作规范唯一权威（分支模型、提交信息、推进流程、发布节奏、文档规范）；scripts/check_commit_messages.py：提交信息门禁（接入Qualityjob）；scripts/classify_changes.py：纯文档改动跳过三平台测试。为什么不是 release
main的规则是"只接受来自dev的 PR"，同步 PR 同样满足——docs(convention): 补上首个可用版本之前的同步路径 #43 会把这条从"只接受 release PR"改成"release 或同步"。合并后
按 §5.4 立刻把
main合回dev（--no-ff），否则下一次同步就不再是干净的一次性合并。测试
main需要 1 个 approve + 5 个必需检查。本 PR 不是纯文档改动（含依赖与脚本），因此三平台cargo test会全量执行（约 40 分钟）——这是预期行为，:main上的合并本来就应该跑全量。关联 Issue
