Debug logging now exposes cache decisions, discovered files/dependencies, extraction diagnostics, selected file/layer/slice subjects, complete violation data, and graph report query/node/edge summaries. Explicit console ANSI highlighting keeps default output unchanged and file logs plain. README explains verbosity, inspection, and rich failure formatting.

Inspection reads existing data without re-running callbacks or changing violations. All changes are additive; existing logging I/O error propagation is preserved.

Validation: cargo fmt --all; cargo test --test public_logging --locked (5 passed), including rule/snapshot equivalence, verbosity filtering, and plain file output. Final-head hosted CI passed on Linux, Windows and macOS, including formatting, Clippy, docs, packaging, architecture dogfood and Rust 1.85 MSRV. Ten focused logging unit tests also passed. Console color requires a TTY, respects NO_COLOR/CI, and control escaping affects rendered text only.
