Final publication boundary for #44. Updates the immutable crate README and live guide to the exact crates.io install, adds the registry badge, records the completed release milestone, and extends release-contract tests to reject stale Git-only or unpublished wording. Do not merge until first-publish Cargo authentication is present; immediately after merge, publish 0.0.1 from that merge commit and run the unpatched registry consumer before closing #44. Focused release/docs tests and all 55 doctests pass locally.
