Consolidates project guidance into a canonical
AGENTS.md, repairs cross-platform Claude skill forwarding, and narrows project skill routing and completion rules. It also updates the Dotabod verification workflow to use configured commands, documents its Linux runtime requirement, and fixes the pre-commit formatter so already-staged ignored skill files can be restaged safely.Validation:
