Release 0.207.0: the two remaining god-file splits (#743 pipeline, #745 root main.go) on top of the two already merged (#742 delegate, #744 mcpserver), six option-struct and error-wrapping refactors (#735 #736 #737 #738 #739 #740) and six fixes (#730 ADR names, #731 help exit 0, #734 MultiGPU upstream fallback, #732 validator and ledger alias, #733 single-model escalation visible, #741 comfy watchdog follow-ups).
Scope
The version bump and the changelog assembly only. Every pull request above carried its own review and CI; the four splits were proven pure declaration moves with a go/ast census against main.
