Applied

  • Pin moved to 0.15.30 (eb4db2b55b2b7dec3d9282754cddf0a56bf4ff10).
  • New statechart skill (Mermaid chart from a TLA+ model, TLC-checked; from-spec / from-chart / --against; Node scripts, model, and tests).
  • dstack-help: keep-set count 55 → 56; /statechart row; Java/TLA2TOOLS requirement; bundled guide chapter 06, recipes, and supported-scope.
  • audit_portability.py: statechart in REQUIRED_SKILLS; scan .mjs so Node skill assets are covered.

Decided

  • statechart: add to the keep-set. Dimitris chose to import it so a PM can see what the user sees as a chart checked by TLC.
  • dstack-help table: hand-merge the /statechart row (the table already diverges from poteto-help; "model" in the upstream row is a false-positive spawn/config flag).
  • statechart/SKILL.md: keep human-only disable-model-invocation, add the Java/TLA2TOOLS requirement, and point at scripts/model/ and scripts/test/. No dstack-config call; the skill does not spawn workers.

Not imported

  • pstack plugin.json / .cursor-plugin (dstack is not a plugin package).
  • pstack README skill-table row (dstack README is install and setup only).
  • pstack docs/guide/06-verify-and-ship.md (dstack has no docs/guide; the equivalent section is in dstack-help).

Checks

python3 scripts/audit_portability.py
python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v
python3 -m json.tool schemas/config.schema.json >/dev/null
git diff --check

All four passed (127 unit tests). Also ran node --test skills/statechart/scripts/test/statechart.test.mjs with Java 21 and TLA2TOOLS pointing at tla2tools.jar 1.7.4: 58 passed, 0 skipped. Static only; not tested in a live harness.

Do not merge.

Absorb upstream 0.15.30 and add the new statechart skill to the keep-set.
