DIMAGGI AI builds AI infrastructure software that makes workloads, compute, networks, orchestration and operations work as one interconnected system.

We bring agentic engineering to these software layers, with governance across the whole stack to define policies, oversee agent actions and keep decisions auditable.

We build the software that coordinates the infrastructure within and across data centers—from AI workloads to ongoing operations.

The system

  • Network and interconnect: communication paths, transport constraints and compute placement.
  • Workload orchestration and placement: admission, resource allocation and workload coordination.

Tool Guard Core is the open-source policy decision engine for agent actions. It evaluates proposed actions and records decisions; enforcement depends on the execution integration.

Engineering

  • Span Contract: a reference validator for AI training placement across data halls, with decisions and checks left incomplete reported explicitly.
  • Slice Packer Torus: allocation rules for resource shapes on torus topologies.
  • Optical Circuit Intent: circuit requests, retuning constraints and optical-switch port allocation.
