fix(paginate): repeat fixed children of a row on its continuation

With experimentalPagination, a fixed child of a row is not repeated when the row continues on the next page. The legacy engine repeats it.

fit/row.ts only carried cells with leftovers into the continuation. It now also adds fresh copies of fully placed repeat cells, the same way a column does.

A fixed cell stretched to the row height still does not repeat, because its box itself continues past the cut. I left that out of this PR.
