Today, during my commute, I watched a Youtube lecture on Digital Logic Circuits. The lecture covered number systems and complements. It was far easier to understand than my university lecture or textbook, and I felt that this Youtube lecture dramatically more effective for learning the material. I only wish I had discovered it earlier, but I am still grateful that I found it now rather than later.

Previously, I had moved on without fully understanding how to convert between number systems, especially when it came to complement conversion. However, this lecture helped me clearly understand the situations in which these concepts are actually used. As a result, the topic became much more practical and meaningful to me.

Because I had an appointment today, I left work early, which gave me about an hour and fifteen minutes to exercise. As a result, I was able to do a Push and Pull workout intensely for the first time in a while, continuing until I felt completely exhausted. I completed three to four sets each of pull-overs, the seated incline chest press, pull-ups, the lying incline chest press, the low row, the Smith machine incline chest press, the lat pulldown, the inner chest press, and the T-bar row.
