Today's routine consisted of a balance between physical conditioning and academic coursework. For my physical training, I completed a comprehensive push-and-pull resistance regimen, which comprised exercises such as the bench press, lat pulldowns using a MAC grip, T-bar rows, cable pushdowns, and dumbbell curls.
In terms of my academic pursuits, I focused on two primary subjects: R Computing and Digital Logic Circuits. The R Computing lecture centered on data structures in R, sepecifically vectors and matrices. while the concept of vectors is relatively straightforward and merely requires some memorization, matrices proved to be somewhat more challenging. Because a matrix is a two-dimensional array and I had not been introduced to this concept in my previous education, it initially felt daunting. However, through repettive practice, I am gradually becoming accustomed to it.
Subsequently, my review of Digital Logic Circuits focused on logic gates and Boolean algebra. Due to a demanding schedule recently, I had been unable to this material earlier. Therefore, I dedicated today's session to catching up, which will allow me to seamlessly progress to the next lecture tomorrow.
